For example, a search for <a href="http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&q=richmond%20road" title="Basic Google Map Search">"Richmond Road"</a>, or even <a href="http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&q=richmond%20road%20london" title="Refined Google Map Search">"Richmond Road London"</a>, doesn't give a way of drilling down to Richmond Road in Hackney, London. It just doesn't appear in the list of results. I love the service in other respects though: clear, draggable, hackable... Actually, having looked at Google Maps UK, I’m not sure it’s worth it yet. For example, a search for “Richmond Road”, or even “Richmond Road London”, doesn’t give a way of drilling down to Richmond Road in Hackney, London. It just doesn’t appear in the list of results.
